Williamsburg Parish HCSD

WPHOA has a contract with HCSD to provide law enforcement within the Parish boundaries.  Our contract Deputies patrol at both regular and random hours and are always on-site during special events.  Due to the responsible actions of our members and the "sometimes not so visible" (that's the way it's supposed to be) presence of our Deputies,  our subdivision has one of the lowest crime-rates in Harris, Fort Bend and Waller counties combined.  The Board has a zero tolerance policy with respect to drug and alcohol abuse, speeding and the use of off-road vehicles on subdivision roads.  When any emergency occurs:

Please Don't:

Try to overtake school buses at Parish road intersections

Tailgate at the Charleton House/Franz lights.  We know the light is slow but a couple of minutes wait won't hurt

Blip your engine to show off your truck's flowmaster muffler.  We have kids and night shift medical providers in the Parish that need to sleep
