The Williamsburg Parish Homeowners Association (WPHOA) Board is elected by the members of the Parish or by a Quorum of the Board when a position becomes vacant mid-term. Each Board Member serves a three-year term. Board Members are volunteers and receive no compensation for their work. The Board meets at the clubhouse on the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm. Parish members are welcome to attend the open session from 6:30pm to 7:00pm in order to ask questions or express concerns.
